Three years ago, after 25 years as a software engineer and manager, I decided to focus on creative pursuits. Since then, I have been creating in the forms of visual poetry, digital art, and writing. My first visual poetry piece was a word cloud graphic that was used on a sold-out fundraising t-shirt for the 2020 US Presidential election. After that, I continued writing and in early 2021, began creating NFTs. My first collection is "Meditations in Color", a set of animated mandala-like patterns that expand and recede in a meditative flow. I wrote the code that generates the patterns and before minting each unique NFT, I adjust the fill shapes, color-set, tempo, duration, etc. I'm thrilled that one of these pieces will become digital fashion, along with another of my creations!
